Data You Provide Directly
Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into the search forms are sent to the independent provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Data Collected Automatically
Hosting services create routine logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use aggregated log information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when relevant, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical problems, measure traffic, and improve its pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Other Sites We Link To
Links may lead to county and state record portals, library collections, archives, and independent search tools. The policy of the destination controls information submitted there, including information entered through sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Who Can Receive Information
Providers that host or support the service process logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure and not otherwise.
How Information Is Protected
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. There are no accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by this service.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information, and we will delete it.
Your Information Rights
Covered Minnesota consumers may have access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and appeal rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, Minn. Stat. §§325M.10-.21. Because this service keeps very little, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Government records held by Minnesota, Ramsey County, or New Brighton offices are controlled by their custodians and classifications under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13 and §13.03; send record correction or removal requests to the office that holds the record.
Updates to This Policy
Changes to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision means acceptance of the revised policy.
